  • Input sales without the notebook

    The inputs window rings up seed, feed, and fertiliser against the member's balance, or the member orders in the app and collects at the window. Every sale priced by the cooperative's own list, on the record instantly.

  • No credit sales by accident

    A purchase the balance can't cover is refused with the honest figures. Input credit is a policy decision for your board, not something a busy counter slips into.

  • Dues and service fees, collected

    Issue them as bills; they collect themselves from balances and top-ups. Every collection carries its label on a signed record.

  • Members far from the office

    The Panta card and app work wherever the member is; the record syncs when devices do. No smartphone needed: a printed QR and the physical card cover every member.

  • Produce payouts: designed with you
