  • A counter that can't miscount

    Staff tap items into a basket; the system does the maths and charges the member's balance. The receipt says exactly what was bought, and the sale is on the cooperative's record the moment it happens.

  • Members shop from their phone

    The Panta app shows your live price list. A member pays from their balance and collects at the counter; staff see the paid order waiting and mark it collected at handover. The system prices every order, never the phone.

  • Short balance? The goods stay put

    A purchase the balance can't cover is refused politely, with the honest figures. Nothing is owed, nothing leaves the shelf, and there's no ledger of little debts to chase.

  • Prices change once, everywhere

    Reprice an item in the office portal and the counter and the app follow instantly. Retired items keep their history; old receipts keep their meaning.

  • Sales stay sales

    Store sales are recorded separately from any other cooperative activity, so your numbers stay clean per service. A dedicated sales report is on the roadmap; the record for it is already being written today.

  • The same card as everything else

    One member card and balance covers the store, dues, and any other service your cooperative runs. Top up once, use it everywhere your cooperative is.

No. The counter runs in a web browser in your office, and members' phones do the rest. If your cooperative also runs transport validators, the same low-cost Android approach applies everywhere.
