Transport cooperatives
Stop losing fares you already earned.
Passengers tap to ride with a QR, a card, or their phone, and every fare reaches the cooperative, tied to the route, the vehicle, and the driver who worked the shift. Missing money shows up where you can see it, settlement runs itself daily, and your regulator reports come straight off the same record.
“Every peso your routes earn, visibly accounted for. And the paperwork writes itself.”
Stop fare leakage
It's the single biggest controllable loss a transport cooperative carries. Every fare is recorded at the tap and tied to the driver who clocked on. Collected fares can't be pocketed, and missing ones show you exactly where to look.Collect fares with no signal
The validator checks the passenger, applies the fare and the discount, and records everything offline, then syncs itself. A brownout doesn't cost you a single fare.Passengers pay three ways
A printed QR card, a physical Panta card, or a tap of their phone with the Panta app. All three land on the same record with the same protections. No smartphone required to ride.No member turned away over a short balance
A short fare is recorded and settles from the next top-up. The balance never goes below zero, and there's no argument at the door.Distance fares, done right
Tap on at boarding, tap off at alighting, pay for the distance ridden on the LTFRB matrix. Forget to tap off and the route maximum applies; the reader warns every boarding passenger.Discount law, handled
A member applies once. After approval, the statutory 20% (RA 9994 / RA 10754 / RA 11314) applies at every tap, online or off, and your reports show exactly what subsidy you carried.Pay drivers on real numbers
Drivers clock on, so every fare credits whoever actually worked the shift. Roster mismatches get flagged. That's a fair, defensible basis for pay. You're probably already in the system
Sign-up starts from the government record, not a blank form. We pre-registered transport cooperatives across Visayas and Mindanao from the CDA's published registry, each entry citing its source document. Claim your cooperative, check what the paperwork says, and correct it once.Routes mapped by driving them
A driver starts Survey mode on the validator and drives the route as normal; the recorded path becomes the route's map. Every extra drive sharpens the line, stops suggest themselves, and arrival estimates come from your vehicles' measured times. No route goes live without a driven path.Reports without the scramble
Ridership and fare collection by route and vehicle, always current. When the CDA or LTFRB asks, you open the portal and download.Cheap to run
Low-cost Android validators, a browser in the office, and printed guides for every job. You run your cooperative, not servers.
Transport questions, answered honestly
Watch a fare reach the cooperative, live.
We'll demonstrate the whole flow on the running system, end to end: enrolling a member, an offline tap, the discount applying itself, and the day's books closing.
Signing up takes about ten minutes. Find your cooperative by name, check the details we already hold from the government register, and upload three documents. A person reviews every application before anything goes live.
