  • Issue once, collect automatically

    A bill pays instantly when the balance covers it, and otherwise waits for the member's next top-up. Oldest bills collect first, and collection stops the moment the balance runs out. Nothing ever goes negative.

  • Every payment, provable

    A bill payment is a signed entry on the cooperative's record with the bill's label on it. The member sees the same receipt in their app activity. Disputes end at the record.

  • Cancel with a trail

    An unpaid bill can be cancelled, and the record keeps who cancelled it and when. A paid bill can't be cancelled: the money moved, and the record says so.

  • Counter payments on the same card

    Members can also pay at your counter with their card, their QR, or their phone. One balance, one record, however they pay.

  • Policy stays where it belongs

    Due dates, penalties, and disconnection rules are regulated territory. Panta doesn't invent them: those workflows arrive with your regulator relationship, and the record underneath is ready for them today.
